When you purchase your tickets online, you will receive an email containing a link to print your tickets at home. Please print your tickets and bring them with you. We do not mail tickets purchased online.

To receive the group discounted price, the entire order of 10 or more tickets must be purchased in advance and paid in full at the time of purchase. If tickets will be distributed to others, it is the patron's responsibility to collect money from the individuals.

Footlighters will not issue refunds unless a performance is cancelled. However, we will make every effort to accommodate ticket exchanges to a different date/time/performance of the same show, based on availability.
