Health & Safety

Updated 3/11/2022

We’re so happy to have you back in the theater! To ensure the health and safety of all our patrons, visitors, volunteers, crew members, and performers during the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we’re asking for your help. Please note that this policy may be revised at any time based on CDC guidelines; changes to federal, state, and local laws; and information currently available to the Footlighters’ Board of Directors. Please watch this space—and check your email inbox if you’ve purchased tickets—for any updates as we monitor the situation and communicate changes. Welcome back!

Buying & Presenting Tickets

We will be operating at full capacity (144 Seats).

By purchasing tickets online, you must confirm you 1) will abide by our posted health and safety measures and 2) will not attend if feeling ill, showing any symptoms, or have had any known contacts recently exposed to COVID-19.

Guests are no longer required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.

If you feel ill or show any symptoms at the time of the performance, please stay home. If you feel ill and cannot attend, call the box office at (859) 652-3849, and we will make every effort to accommodate ticket exchanges to a different date/time/performance of the same show, based on availability.

Digital or print-at-home tickets will be issued if you buy online. You can also purchase tickets by calling the box office at (859) 652-3849. Walk-ins can also buy tickets at the box office in person before the show, availability permitting.

To reduce touchpoints, you can view the program online by scanning a QR code. A limited number of hard-copy playbills will be available at performances for those who want them.

Facemasks

Let's Stay Safe

Wearing a facemask is now optional for all patrons, visitors, volunteers, and crew members while indoors at The Stained Glass Theatre. Performers will be unmasked while on stage. If you do not have a facemask upon entry, some will still be available for you.

All Footlighters volunteers, crew members, and performers are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before being involved in our events and productions.

Where possible, please follow social distancing guidelines.

Concessions

Concessions will be available for indoor consumption. The cost of these single-serve snacks, drinks, and water bottles is donations.

Cleaning Policies

Bathrooms and high-touch surfaces will be sanitized before the theater doors open, before intermission, and after every performance. The armrests of our brand-new theater seats will also be sanitized before and after each performance.

Hand sanitizer will be available for use throughout the building.

Thank you for your cooperation, patience, and understanding as we look after the well-being of all our friends. We hope to see you at the theater!
